The SMART Bill, based on the ability to pay, will stop forcing our seniors out
of their homes, away from their families, houses of worship and their friends.

The SMART Bill will allow many of our young and middle income families to
qualify for home ownership and "live the great American dream" in
New Jersey, the State that paid to educate them.

The SMART Bill helps to create jobs and provides a much needed economic
stimulus that will help New Jersey pull out of the economic mess we are in.
